01 · Origin & Trace
Ethiopian Coffee — origin and trace
Our Ethiopian coffee comes from the Guji zone of southern Ethiopia. The operation is run by siblings Tsedenia and Fikadu, second-generation coffee producers who grew up in Yirgacheffe. Their family export business spans six washing stations across Yirgacheffe and Guji, and the family has also established a farm in the area. The coffee is naturally processed and sun-dried on raised beds. In the cup, crème brûlée and nut butter richness sit alongside blackcurrant, dried stonefruit and floral notes.
