K1 EXPERIENCES

Come closer to Ceylon coffee.

Our Matale experience is taking shape around the coffee plant, the people who grow it, and the journey from farm to pantry. A closer connection to what goes into your everyday cup.

Guided visits by prior confirmation only.

OUR APPROACH

Every cup begins somewhere.

Before coffee reaches your kitchen, it begins with a living plant and the care of the people around it. Our experiences bring that connection into view, with time to notice the place, ask questions and understand where everyday ingredients begin.

Meet coffee at its source.

Ceylon coffee is the starting point for our Matale experience. Discover the coffee plants and the growing landscape around them, and get to know the journey that connects the farm to your cup.

The surrounding crops, soil and biodiversity give that story its setting. What can be explored on a visit will depend on the season and the work happening on the farm.

FROM FARM TO PANTRY

Follow the story into your cup.

Growing, harvesting, processing, roasting and brewing each shape the coffee we enjoy. The Matale experience is being developed to help make sense of that journey, beginning with the plant and its place.

This is the story behind the experience. Activities and access for each visit will be confirmed in advance.

PLAN YOUR VISIT

Let’s start with an enquiry.

The Matale programme is still being developed. If you’d like to visit, get in touch to ask about availability and what may be possible.

Visits are guided and must be confirmed in advance. We cannot accommodate walk-ins.

Weather, crop cycles and farm work may affect access and activities.

Please follow all safety guidance and respect the working farm.

An enquiry does not confirm a booking.
